Selecting a service or preparing an email is an enquiry. Availability, the scope of work, timing and fees are confirmed with you in writing before an engagement begins.

Fees and scope

Displayed packages describe the initial allocation of time. A custom project or leadership engagement is scoped separately. Additional work requires agreement. The website does not collect payments or start recurring billing.

Preparation and access

Share the context and relevant materials needed for the agreed discussion or work. Do not include passwords, payment credentials or confidential third-party information in an initial enquiry. Any system access or confidentiality arrangements can be agreed during scoping.

Scheduling and deliverables

Meeting details, preparation, deliverables, payment arrangements and any rescheduling or cancellation conditions are agreed in the engagement confirmation.

Advice and implementation depend on the context and information provided. Business outcomes also depend on market conditions, product, execution and other factors; published case-study results do not promise the same outcome for another business.
